Why I'm Running

A State Committee Member is also called a “District Leader.” State Committee members are unpaid elected positions within the New York State Democratic Party. Each Assembly District has a male and female committee member, elected each even-numbered year to serve 2-year terms. Each state committee member serves as a delegate to the New York State Democratic State Committee and a liaison to help keep our elected officials aware of the issues that needs to be addressed in our community. Don't forget to VOTE for Tamika Mapp on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
